Air-Fried Peach Cherry Pecan Bowl
This warm air-fried peach cherry pecan bowl is a naturally sweet fruit-based dessert made with fresh peaches, dark cherries, pecans, Ceylon cinnamon, honey, lemon juice, and vanilla bean paste. It is simple, comforting, and made entirely from whole-food ingredients with no refined sugar and no artificial anything. This is also the second recipe on the site, and honestly it might be the one I'm most proud of so far.

Some nights you just want something warm and sweet that doesn't make you feel like you undid everything. That's where this bowl came from. I had peaches that needed to be used, a bag of dark cherries in the fridge, and pecans on the counter. Threw it all in the air fryer and didn't expect much. It came out caramelized at the edges, the cherries got a little jammy, and the pecans toasted up perfectly. I've made it probably six times since then. The Ceylon cinnamon matters here, it's softer than regular cinnamon and doesn't overpower the fruit. A small pinch of Himalayan salt in there brings everything together. I usually eat it on its own but my favorite way is over plain Greek yogurt after a workout. The fruit is sweet enough that you don't need much else.

Fitness & Longevity Note
This bowl is a healthy whole-food dessert or snack built around fruit, fiber, antioxidants, and healthy fats from pecans. Dark cherries are high in anthocyanins, which support muscle recovery and reduce inflammation. It is not a high-protein meal on its own, but it pairs well with Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, oatmeal, or a protein smoothie to create a more balanced fitness meal.
Substitutions & Variations
- →Use maple syrup instead of honey to make it fully vegan.
- →Use walnuts instead of pecans.
- →Reduce or skip the coconut sugar if the fruit is already very ripe and sweet.
- →Serve over plain Greek yogurt for extra protein.
- →Serve over oats or protein pancakes for a breakfast version.
- →Use frozen cherries (thawed and drained) if fresh are not available.
Storage & Reheating
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer at 300°F for 3-4 minutes or in the microwave for 60-90 seconds until warm.
